Contact Waverly House for Entry Forms. Title of the show is “Local Color”. This is a juried show open to any artist 18 years or older.
This show will feature kiln formed glass by Kara DeBacker and mixed media by Doris Doucette. The opening reception for the artists will be from 5-7:30 p.m. on October 4. Please join us. Johnny Strickler will be playing jazz guitar.
We will have different artists demonstrating on both Friday evening and Saturday afternoon.

This will be an exciting show with blown glass by well-known area glass blower Terry Bloodworth and paintings by Mary Hamilton. This show will continue in our upstairs gallery through October 28.

California jewelry artist, Marie Scarpa will be returning to Waverly House on April 7 and 8, 2023. We will be taking appointments on Friday from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.. Please join us for our opening reception Friday, November 11, 2022 from 5-7:30 p.m. for our juried show “Lasting Impressions”. A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Supported Theatre Experience for Young People of All Abilities at Springfield Little Theater.
We will be hosting a book signing with author, Crescent Draonwagon, the Ozark-based writer and former Eureka Springs innkeeper/restaurateur. We will have the reissued versions of two of her best loved titles: the 30th Anniversary Edition of Dairy Hollow House Soup and Bread, A Country Inn Cookbook, and her children’s book, Will It Be Okay?. Will It Be Okay is rewritten and has new art by Jessica Love. Mark your calendars for September 10 and call 417-882-3445 to reserve your advance copy.

Bob Stephens will be present to sign both of his books. His poetry book, Nothing To See Here and his book of essays on contemporary history, The Citizen Formerly Known As Mayor. Stop by and talk with Bob and enjoy a glass of wine.
