"Tranquility" is a juried show in a variety of media featuring thirty six artists. The reception for the artists will be April 6 from 5-7:30 p.m. Best of Show award, "Refreshing Sounds" pastel by Cindy Kopenhafer. Johnny Strickler will be playing jazz guitar at our opening. This show will continue in our upstairs gallery through April 28.
We will be hosting a juried show, "Dreams", open to all artists 18 years of age and older. This show is in conjunction with our auction and benefit for A Sporting Chance. If you would like to receive an entry form please email us.

We will again be hosting a juried show in conjunction with the Springfield/Greene County Library "One Read". The theme for this show will be "Over There". The book chosen for the "One Read" is The Care and Management of Lies by Jacqueline Winspear. It takes place during WWI and raises profound questions about conflict, belief and love that echo in our own time. The reception for the artists will be Friday, April 7, from 5:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Jewelry artist, Marie Scarpa, will return to Waverly House on Thursday, April 6 at 10:00 a.m. and will be showing her new work through Saturday, April 8 at 4:00 p.m. Friday evening we will be open until 7:30 p.m. Stop by and see Marie's new work or make an appointment to design your own unique work of art. Our June show will feature NEW WORK by three of our regular Waverly House artists. Jewelry by Doris Doucette, collage work by Joanne Kenney and pottery by Terri Balden. Opening reception for the artists is on First Friday, June 3, 2016 from 5-7:30 p.m.

The theme of our juried show will be "Comfort Zone". We will have a silent auction of fine art, jewelry, fused glass, ornaments and much more at the opening reception on November 5th from 5-8 p.m... The auction will take place in two rounds with the first closing at 6:30 p.m. and the second round closing at 7:30 p.m. All of the proceeds from the silent auction on November 5th and and a portion of the proceeds of the art show, "Comfort Zone" will go to A Sporting Chance.
